A well-designed kitchen is more than just a functional space—it is where everyday routines become more enjoyable and where thoughtful design meets practical living. For this project, Bali Interio had the opportunity to create a bespoke modern minimalist kitchen set for Mrs. Sakara’s residence in Berawa, Bali.

Designed with a clean and contemporary aesthetic, this custom kitchen combines refined materials, efficient storage solutions, and meticulous craftsmanship to deliver a space that is both elegant and highly functional.

Tailored Design with Premium Materials

To achieve a sophisticated and timeless appearance, the kitchen cabinetry was constructed using high-quality plywood and finished with walnut veneer on the exterior surfaces. The rich walnut texture introduces warmth and natural character, creating a balanced contrast against the clean lines of the minimalist design.

For the interior cabinet surfaces, durable HPL (High Pressure Laminate) was selected to ensure practicality, easy maintenance, and long-term durability. The entire kitchen was completed with a natural finish that highlights the beauty of the materials while maintaining an understated and elegant aesthetic.

Functional Features for Everyday Living

Beyond aesthetics, functionality played a key role throughout the design process. The kitchen incorporates a premium Quadra countertop that offers both durability and visual appeal, making it ideal for daily food preparation and entertaining.

Custom cabinetry was also designed to seamlessly accommodate essential appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, and microwave, ensuring a cohesive and clutter-free appearance throughout the space.

To further enhance the kitchen atmosphere, LED strip lighting was integrated into the cabinetry. This subtle illumination not only improves visibility but also creates a warm and inviting ambience that complements the modern minimalist concept.
